Dear TEFL Trainee:
Our 120-hour TEFL course will provide you with the all of the theoretical knowledge, practical know-how and assistance that you require in learning the art of teaching English as a Foreign Language and in landing a paid teaching position once you finish the course. The course is CELTA and Trinity equivelant as it recognized by the College of Teachers UK. Via Lingua Alumni are also eligible for graduate credits toward a Master’s degree at Nova Southeastern University.
Via Lingua Alghero is run in cooperation with a well-reputed and locally-operated language school that organises native-speaker taught language courses during the autumn and winter months for the locals of Alghero, and holds group courses for international travelers from all over Europe who come to Alghero during the spring and summer months for the express purpose of learning Italian. Via Lingua Alghero is a trusted member of an international network of language schools and as such is able to help CTEFL graduates obtain employment with its affiliates worldwide, or even in Sardinia, should a graduate decide to opt for "island living".
Via Lingua is also able to offer Italian lessons for trainees before or after their certification course.
The school is conveniently located near both public gardens and beaches and is equipped with air-conditioning for the summer months. We are able to offer assistance in planning extra-curricular activities, such as boating and snorkeling excursions, as well as mountain bike tours, windsurfing lessons and scuba diving instruction.
